In the event that the user has registered on the website and accesses their account or profile, when accessing it, they will be informed if there have been substantial modifications in relation to the processing of their personal data.

When and why?
You can browse most of our websites without providing any personal information, but in some cases this information is necessary to provide you with the electronic services you request from us.
Should we need to collect personal data to provide you with the service, we will process the information in accordance with the policy set out in this document and in the specific terms of the particular service in question (if any), which contain specific privacy statements about the use of the data and inform you of why, for what, how, for how long we process your personal data and what security measures we put in place.
Who collects your data?

How long do we keep your data?

We process your personal data for the purpose of (i) managing your purchase or the service provided; (ii) maintain the contractual and pre-contractual relationship for invoicing, preparation of quotes and follow-up of the same, as well as send you information by electronic means that deal with your request; (iii) send communications by electronic means with commercial information that may be of interest to you, provided that there is express authorization; (iv) We may build a business profile based on the information you provide to us in order to be able to offer you products and services in line with your interests. No automated decisions will be made based on this profile.
– Suppliers:
We process your personal data for the purpose of (i) billing and (ii) maintaining business contact, (iii) as well as sending you information by electronic means about our products or services.
– Web or email contacts:
We process your personal data for the purpose of (i) responding to your queries and requests; (ii) managing the requested service or process your order; (iii) sending you by electronic means commercial information that may be of interest to you, provided that there is express authorisation; (iv) We may build a business profile based on the information you provide to us in order to be able to offer you products and services in line with your interests. We process your personal data for the purpose of (i) answering your queries and requests, (ii) managing the requested service, answering your request or processing your order and (iii) interacting with you and creating a community of followers.
– Job seekers:
We process your personal data for the purpose of (i) including you in the recruitment selection processes, (ii) summoning you for job interviews and evaluating your candidacy, (iii) communicating your CV to group companies, collaborators or related companies with the sole purpose of helping you participate in their selection processes, provided that you have given us your consent.
– Participants in our competitions
We process your personal data for the purpose of managing your participation in the competitions we organise as well as publicising the winners of the competition and the award ceremony.
The award winners may be photographed or videotaped and this may be disseminated in any media, our website or other media. Consequently, it is possible that the image of the participants may be captured, recorded and/or reproduced in an incidental way to the main activity.

The legal basis for the processing of your data is the acceptance of the contractual relationship with the provider of the corresponding social network specified when you register on their application and in accordance with their privacy policies, which is external to us.
– Work with us:
In the event that you provide us with your curriculum vitae, either through the Website, e-mail or physically at the address or any headquarters of Nova Atica, S.A., you will add it to its database. The CV will be stored for a period of 1 year, after which, if we have not contacted you, it will be deleted.
The legal basis for the processing will be based on the express consent granted by the interested party for the processing of the data contained in the curriculum when sending it and checking the box enabled for this purpose.
The purpose of the processing is to incorporate you into present and future selection processes of Nova Atica, S.A. or any entity belonging to the business group.
In the event that the interested party finally joins Nova Atica, S.A. or any of the entities belonging to the business group as an employee, their data will be incorporated into a database owned by the same, in order to internally manage the employee-employer employment relationship.
–Sending the Newsletter:
The Website allows the option of subscribing to the Nova Atica, S.A. Newsletter. To do this, you will need to provide us with an email address to which it will be sent
Such information will be stored in a Nova Atica, S.A. database in which it will be registered until the interested party requests its cancellation or, where appropriate, Nova Atica, S.A. stops sending it.

The data in the emails will only be processed and stored for the purpose of managing the sending of the Newsletter for those users requesting it.
– Participants in our competitions
The legal basis for the processing of your data is your consent by registering for the competition and accepting the privacy policy and the rules of the competition.
The personal data collected will not be transferred to third parties.
– Web Users:
The legal basis for the processing of the data is our (i) legitimate interest in knowing the browsing modes of our users in order to adapt to their interests and improve our relationship with them; as well as (ii) your consent when browsing our website and accepting the terms of use of cookies.
Your data will not be transferred to third parties unrelated to the service we provide, unless legally required. Specifically, they will be communicated to the State Tax Administration Agency and to banks and financial institutions for the collection of the service provided or product acquired.

Right to rectification: You can ask us to update your personal data if it is incorrect, and delete it if you wish.
Right to restriction of processing: In this case, they will only be retained by us for the exercise or defence of claims.
Right to object: After your request to object to processing, we will stop processing the data in the way you indicate, unless it is necessary to continue to process them for compelling legitimate reasons or the exercise or defence of possible claims.
Right to data portability: In the event that you wish your data to be processed by another company, we will enable the portability of your data to the new controller.

We have forms for the exercise of rights that can be requested from the email mentioned above; you can also use those drawn up by the Spanish Data Protection Agency or those of third parties. These forms must be electronically signed or accompanied by a photocopy of the ID card. If you act through a representative in the same way, they must have a copy of your ID card or avail of an electronic signature.

Personal data will be kept for as long as you maintain the link with us.
